LETTERS: Thankful for strata age restrictions

I am one of the seniors that can sympathize with ‘Noisy kids not welcome’ letter in your Tuesday July 25 paper.

I am one of the seniors that can sympathize with ‘Noisy kids not welcome’ letter in your Tuesday July 25 paper.

I lived in a strata apartment where there was no age restriction and believe me it was a nightmare most of the time. Not only did the kids scream and yell constantly at the top of their voices but what was worse was the fighting between the mothers over the children’s problems together. Writing messages and hanging them on all the doors and writing horrible messages in the parking lot to each other with chalk and yelling and carrying on with each other in the halls.

I was so thankful when the strata brought in the age restrictions bylaws after 8 years of this trying situation.
