Don't pretend nothing happened

If you look up considerate in the dictionary it states: “to be careful not to hurt or inconvenience others,” so if you put an ‘in’ in front of considerate you get the person who hit my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 and did damage over $300 and just took off as nothing happened.

It is called extremely inconsiderate and dishonest.

I would like to know when it became OK to damage other people’s property and not taken responsibility for your actions.

It is a sad society we live in when people feel the need to be dishonest when they damage other peoples property.

I guess from now on I need to write down the license plate numbers of people I park beside and then check my vehicle over every time I come back to it.

My neighbour just bought a brand new van and within 24 hours someone had hit and run that so I guess I should feel lucky that my truck is three years old and only getting hit now.  I hope the person who did this reads my letter and has second thoughts on the next time they hit and run someone and has the honesty to leave a name and number.
