Legitimate concerns?
From the Hon. Christy Clark and the proponents of the Kitimat refinery and Enbridge’s plans, I would like to know: what is the difference between a “legitimate environmental concern” and an environmental concern that is not legitimate?
That word is frighteningly familiar.
