Letters to the Editor

Good deed indeed

A huge thank-you to the young lady who followed me at the fruit stand near Village Way on Tuesday, July 22.

You found my wallet, recently restocked with cash, and went out of your way to let the fruit stand owner know that you found it, and then found your way to my home.

Not being at home, and having discovered my error, I returned home to find a note on my door saying that you had left the wallet with my next-door neighbour. You did not leave your name, or telephone number, so - a huge bouquet of roses to you for your honesty, and effort to return it to me.
