Party leaders mum on environment in debate

My concern for the future of British Columbia and the quality of life for its citizens is the maintenance and perhaps improvement of the environment. During the leaders’ debate on April 26, only passing mention was made of the environment.

My concern for the future of British Columbia and the quality of life for its citizens is the maintenance and perhaps improvement of the environment. During the leaders’ debate on April 26, only passing mention was made of the environment.

It appears in that in the pursuit of jobs and palatial homes we are neglecting the ecosystem that has supported life on this planet. We are faced with the extinction of many species, mostly due to our raping of the environment.

I will vote for the party, if there is one, that will support species-at-risk legislation and act on it accordingly. We have lost too much of our natural surroundings already and it is time to act.
