Parksville minor football set to start spring season

PARKSVILLE — Oceanside Youth Football’s spring season of tackle football is back up and running.

Registration for the spring season will be held at Oceanside Place on Sat., April 2 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. OYF’s new president Harold Barker says the spring session starts April 11 with practices and games to go Mondays and Wednesday at Oceanside Middle School.

There will be a football camp for young players in Nanaimo at Pioneer Park April 23, 24 run by UBC coaching staff. Registration must be done on-line at ubcfootballcamps.ca.
