Parksville park goes to the dogs

The Vancouver Island Jack Russell Terrier Club hosted a regular lure course fun day for all breeds, as well as a go-to-ground training for small dogs.
The event was held Sunday in Parksville’s Community Park, and saw a variety of dog breeds — and their owners — take part.
Between barks and begs, the dogs seemed to enjoy putting their chase and hunt skills to good use.
