Maggie Stewart and Olivia Williams made it through the districts to the provincials and walked away as provincial champions in the Knights of Columbus Free Throw Competition.

Stewart won the 10-year-old girls group in the district and went on to win her provincial age group.

The Arrowview Elementary School student had a great showing in both the districts and provincials, beating out a number of other students from across B.C.

Williams, who won the 11-year-old girls category at the district, went an excellent 20–25 at the provincials.

The Oceanside Middle School student had a better mark at the districts but missing only five shots out of 25 was good enough to earn her the provincial title for her age group as well.
