Last Qualicum Beach Uptown Market of the season

Local band Exit 51 will be playing during the evening market

Local band Exit 51 will be the live entertainment for the final night of the Uptown Market in Qualicum Beach.

Exit 51 mainly plays the biggest rock and pop hits from the year 2000 and onwards.

Market organizer Jean Young said the market has been wonderful this summer.

“It showcases the talent we have locally and the charm of Qualicum Beach,” Young said.

The final market is this Thursday (Aug. 25) from 6-9 p.m. on West Second Avenue between Memorial Avenue and Primrose Street.
