The Qualicum Beach Historical & Museum Society’s final spring speakers’ series is tonight.
The topic of the meeting is a presentation on the history of the Vancouver Island Library system by the library manager Stephen Warren at the Qualicum Beach Library.
Warren has been working in the system for more then 15 years and has worked in 39 different branch locations from Sooke, Port Renfrew, Port Hardy, the islands of Hornby, Quadra and Cortez and up into Haida Gwaii.
The meeting is at the Qualicum Beach Civic Centre tonight at 7 p.m.
Admission is by donation.
