The Manna Van is getting geared up for another winter helping the homeless of District 69. With the help of many community donations, especially $10,000 from the Kiwanis Club of Parksville and Qualicum Beach, the organization now has a new van to continue delivering services.
They are out and about in the community all week and can be found from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays near the Parksville Legion. To make a donation, help or get help call 250-248-0845 or ask at the SOS, Mental Health or any church. For more on Kiwanis call 250-738-0829.
