The Qualicum Beach Historical and Museum Society will kick off the New Year with another edition of its speaker series Tuesday, Jan. 5.
Perry Perry, from the Canadian Federation of University Women, will provide an historical overview of that group and discuss its current focus on the promotion of education and the improvement of the status of women and human rights.
