A group of Parksville Qualicum Beach residents marched from Springwood Park in Parksville along Despard Avenue to the Oceanside Health Centre on Monday, Oct. 18, 2021, to show their support for health care workers.
Monday marked Health Care Assistant Day in B.C. and event organizer Duane Round wanted those “who work very hard to provide such a valuable service to the residents of Parksville Qualicum Beach” to know that they are valued and appreciated.
