Members of the local group Patchwork Quilt Creations recently dropped off 37 handmade quilts to SOS — each one destined for local children, youth, families, adults and seniors who could benefit from the warmth and comfort of a cozy blanket, crafted with care, love and good intentions.

“The fabric decides who the quilt is for,” said quilter Joyce Morrison, as her Patchwork Quilt Creations members nodded in agreement at the SOS Community Services Centre.
