PHOTOS: Model train enthusiasts enjoy special Railway Day at Parksville Museum

The Parksville Museum and the Oceanside Model Railroaders celebrated Railway Day at the museum, located at 1245 Island Highway, on Aug. 21. Parksville Museum joined forces with the Oceanside Model Railroaders to stage Railway Day on Saturday, Aug. 21 at the museum.

The model railroaders set up model trains and tracks, both big and small, around the museum grounds for visitors to enjoy.

There was also live music in the courtyard courtesy of the Topaz Band.
