Qualicum Beach will hold its Moonlight Madness on Nov. 23 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Town council approved an application to close Primrose Street, between First Avenue and Second Avenue West to facilitate the the shopping event.
Organized by the Qualicum Beach Chamber of Commerce, Moonlight Madness is the town’s annual kickoff to Chritmas.
Shops will be open late and shoppers can enjoy the deals and sales available that night, as well as other activities such as music, pop-up markets, an outdoor movie, holiday photo booth and Christmas lights.
