Jessica Kelly is the 2021 recipient of the ECHO Players Performing Arts Scholarship.
Kelly was presented a $1,000 cheque by ECHO Players president, Alistair McVey, outside the Village Theatre in Qualicum Beach.

She will attend Capilano University in North Vancouver to obtain a Bachelor of Performing Arts degree and work towards a career in musical theatre.
ECHO Players scholarships are awarded each year to young performing artists in the Parksville Qualicum Beach area. The awarded amount goes towards a workshop, festival or post-secondary course in the performing arts.
