Terry Fox Run sees good turnout at Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park

The 2022 Terry Fox Run in Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park drew numerous enthusiastic participants on Sept. 18.

Some residents ran and walked five or 10 kilometres, while others chose to bike or stroll three kilometres in an effort to raise money for cancer research.

Sunday’s run was the 22nd annual event in the Parksville Qualicum Beach area and the first in-person event since 2019.
