Tour de Parks returns to Rathtrevor Beach Park

Mid-Island fundraiser for Tour de Rock begins Aug. 2

The annual Tour de Parks is coming back to Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park nextmonth.

The 2017 Tour de Parks at Rathtrevor Beach, sponsored by RLC Park Services, is a fundraising event in support of the Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock. It will include two events filled with activities for kids, bike rides in the park and plenty of pizza and ice cream by donation.

The events will be on Aug. 2 and Aug. 5 with the Tour de Rock riders.

All activities and treats will be by donation and all funds raised go to Tour de Rock in its effort to assist with pediatric cancer research and to fund young cancer victims’ trips to Camp Goodtimes.
