Enjoy jazz by an award-winning vocalist as well as delectable treats this weekend at The Old School House (TOSH) in Qualicum Beach. Gergana Velinova is a Bulgarian native and holds a masters degree in classical-contemporary and jazz voice performance.
She currently teaches in the Jazz department at the Victoria Conservatory of Music.
She will be joined by Ron Hadley on piano and Joey Smith on bass this Saturday, April 16 at TOSH’s last Jazz Cabaret of the season. The concert happens from 7 to 10 p.m. Tickets are $20 and include a dessert buffet.
