Movies return to the Parksville Community and Conference Centre starting this week.
Taking home four Oscar awards including Best Picture, The King’s Speech, featuring Colin Firth, is about King Edward VI and his debilitating speech impediment.
Black Swan, which snagged Natalie Portman Best Actress at the Oscars, surrounds a competitive young dancer who slowly loses her mind. Finally, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is the seventh and final adventure in the Harry Potter film series, the first of two parts.
Admission to the shows is $5 and concession snacks will be available.
