Qualicum Beach author Sally de la Rue Browne has released her second children’s early reader book in ‘The Fairy Hollow Chronicles’ series, titled Foxglove Squirrel Saves The Day!
Illustrated by Barbara Warwick, the book tells the story of Foxglove Squirrel, the star reporter for The Fairy Hollow Chronicle newspaper, and her search for the owner of a cottage on Squirrel Glen Crescent.

Foxglove Squirrel Saves The Day! is available online at: www.sallydelaruebrowne.com and also at the McMillan Arts Centre and Milner Gardens gift shops. Copies will also be available at local branches of the Vancouver Island Regional Library.
The third book in the series will be published in spring 2022.
