World music will come to the Qualicum Beach Community Hall (644 Memorial Ave.) this week.
Six-piece band Amphibious will perform modern Brazilian music, Forro, Choro, Samba and Bossa Nova from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on July 8, according to a news release by the Oceanside Folk/Roots Club.
“Featuring the stirring vocals of Amelia Thomas, and a horn section, Amphibious will get your feet tapping,” reads the release.

Additional music will be performed by Qualicum native, Jesse Epp.
