People of all ages and levels of singing experience are invited to join local song leader Sylvia Humble this December for a series of community Christmas carolling events.

Humble will be accompanied by Adrienne Hudencial on piano and upright bassist Jean Tejkel for the four singalongs, according to a news release.

The first three are on Saturdays (Dec. 3, Dec. 10 and Dec. 17) at 1 p.m. at the McMillan Arts Centre (MAC), located at 133 McMillan St. in Parksville. For those who’d like to sing along from home, the Dec. 17 event will be broadcast via YouTube livestream.

“The more out-of-tune voices and rusty pipes, the merrier!” read the release.

The fourth singalong is on Dec. 21 at 3 p.m. at the Nanoose Library Community Hall (2489 Nanoose Rd.) in Nanoose Bay.
