Yael Wand to play Qualicum Beach Community Hall for Oceanside Folk Roots Club

Vancouver Island folk-singer Yael Wand returns to the stage with a concert at the Qualicum Beach Community Hall for the Oceanside Folk Roots Club.

Wand, who counts Joni Mitchell and Sarah McLachlan among her influences, will perform songs from her back catalogue and new material.

As a multi-instrumentalist, she plays guitar, ukulele and accordion and will perform alongside bassist Alan Kerr.

The show starts at 7 p.m., and doors open at 6:30 p.m., on Friday, Nov. 12.
