I find it very odd indeed that my tax dollars, having paid for putting in the infrastructure for electric vehicles, are now paying for the electric charge these car owners access.
Nobody has offered to pay me a subsidy for my hybrid. Apparently in order to access these free stations, owners need a special card.
Would it not be a good idea for these cards to have a dollar value which decreased with a fill-up just like gas cards?
