In this age of protests against nearly everything, our police forces have not been immune.
Society in general is quick to criticize the police but reluctant to recognize the valuable function they perform in maintaining order and keeping us safe.
With this in mind I would like to acknowledge a great help to me by one of our local policemen. Me elderly, truck big, tire flat, and fortunately, a policeman happened along who was kind enough go beyond and lend a needed hand.
