LETTER: Joan LeMoine says thanks for a wonderful birthday

I just had the most amazing birthday, ever!

Thank you, Mayor Ed Mayne, councillors and staff.

Thank you Michelle Stilwell, Staff Sgt. Marc Pelletier, fire department, friend Joanie, Legion members, family and many friends. Thank you Teresa Paterson and staff at The Brimm.

Never in my wildest dreams did I ever expect to be presented with they key to the City of Parksville. I am truly honoured. I think I am still in shock. Thank you for the gifts, flowers, cards and good wishes. You made my day the best ever. I am thrilled to have some of my family with me. Thank you all, so very much.

I love Parksville, because of the people I’ve been lucky to know and to call my friends.

Thank you Peter and Cloe from the PQB News and thank you Jim for bringing us here 25 years ago.

Joan LeMoine
