Sumar Lane is the exit you have to take when you leave Home Hardware building centre to head south.
As soon as you leave their lot you are on Sumar there is a stop sign that apparently is there for show as cars and trucks whiz through this sign.

It is very scary for the residents, a mostly retired group who are walking, walking dogs, riding their bikes, etc.
And to top it off, unfortunately these drivers flick their cigarette butts out the window with other garbage. Stop signs and speed limits are in place for a reason.
Please show some respect for our neighbourhood.
