With marijuana becoming legal in a very short time I expect that many will be smoking that substance on public roads and very likely often in the same places frequented by people walking their dogs.
Dogs are attracted to marijuana and will readily eat it with disastrous results, namely severe illness or even death.
Please don’t dispose of your butts in public places like cigarette smokers often do. Take them home or place them in a garbage can, hopefully after you have extinguished them. It may be legal for you but it is lethal to them.
