Protest the killing of Canada geese

Protest against killing of geese

I would like to encourage citizens in Parksville Qualicum Beach to protest against another year of shooting Canada geese while they are moulting and cannot fly.

I believe this is the third year this is happening, after more than 400 geese were killed the first year. There don’t seem to be many left. I believe these geese were first brought to this area, and because of this, I would like to see them relocated somewhere else rather than being killed.
