Do people not realize that it is wrong to take shopping carts past the parking perimeter of the local stores?
These carts have not been paid for. It is, yes, stealing.
The customers must pay extra to replace these missing carts so food prices must rise even higher.
Abandoning carts hundreds of metres from their origin is littering and makes our community ugly.
Citizens should be making their communities better, not worse. Bring back these errant carts and, better yet, don’t take them out “into the beyond” in the first place.
