The re-opening of the Lyndia Terre Gallery this Friday will include a reading by author Debbie Goodman from her new book

An afternoon of artwork, critters and poetry this Friday will also celebrate the Brant geese and our local wildlife.

It’s the re-opening of the Lyndia Terre Gallery in Nanoose Bay, featuring original etchings by Terre, and paper cut art critters by children’s naturalist, wildlife artist and nature writer Debbie Goodman. Goodman will also read from her new book Wild Observations and Terre from her newest book of poetry And Then I Stepped Back.

Guy Monty finished up the show with several of his captivating photos of Brant geese. 

It all takes place this Friday, April 22 from 2 to 5 p.m.,with Monty’s presentation and the readings happening at 3 p.m. The gallery is located at 1811 Northwest Bay Road.
