Art show at Stanford Place in Parksville

Residents of Stanford Place have been attending weekly art classes

Stanford Place residents are getting ready to show the public some of the artwork they have been working on over the past several months.

Since January, some residents have been attending a weekly art class at Stanford Place. Some of the residents have experience with painting, while others are learning for the first time.

On June 27, Stanford Place will be having an art display with all the residents’ work from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. The display is open to the public.

There will be about 60 pieces on display.
