Congratulations to Karen Deadmarsh of Parksville, who won two tickets to the Rotary Wine Festival in Qualicum Beach Saturday night.
Karen told The News her family just moved to the area from Calgary about two weeks ago, and have already attended Taste of Oceanside, so this will help introduce them to the community.
Thanks go out to the Rotary Club of Qualicum Beach for supplying the tickets for the contest.
