Two businesses in the Parksville Qualicum Beach area are finalists in the Best Business Bureau Vancouver Island 2023 Torch Awards.
Bekins Moving & Storage Canada Ltd., located in Shearme Road in Coombs, and M&N Mattress Shop Ltd. in Parksville were nominated by customers for the award.
“This year 81 businesses were nominated by their customers,” said Rosalind Scott, president and CEO of BBB serving Vancouver Island. “The following 49 companies have been selected as finalists by an independent panel of volunteer judges and winners will be announced across 14 different categories at our awards gala on Nov. 3, at the Union Club of B.C.”
