Pride month will kick off in Parksville with a flag raising ceremony on June 2.
The ceremony is scheduled for 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Cenotaph behind the Parksville Civic and Technology Centre, located at 100 Jensen Ave. E.
There will also be an after party at Mount Arrowsmith Brewing Company from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
