Qualicum Beach author Monika Marguerite Lux has published a book that aims to help people suffering from mental health issues.
It’s called HeARTful Transformation with The Art of Tapping, published by Balboa Press.
“My mission is to let people know about their own power of mastering their minds and how they can improve their mental health on a daily basis by applying one or more of the mindfulness and self-help techniques introduced in my book,” said Lux. “My vision is to prevent the development of mental health challenges all over the globe by teaching self-healing tools and how to use them at the onset of any emotional crisis.”
Lux has been an advocate for mental health and has based the book on years of experience as an intuitive trauma transformation coach and counsellor since 1997 when she was still in Germany.
The book, Lux said, is a self-healing guide on how to gently relieve people of the trauma, grief, and anxiety that have built up in their minds and body through the course of time and are struggling with them.
