M&N Mattress and Sofa Gallery recently celebrated its 24th anniversary serving Parksville and Qualicum Beach – what better way to mark the milestone than with two special giveaways!
"We'd like to congratulate John and Brenda from Qualicum Beach, who won one of our Ironman Pure Energy mattresses, and Robert Wilkinson from Parksville, who won our 'win back your purchase' giveaway," says owner Mark Nagra. "Celebrating 24 years in the Parksville and Qualicum Beach community is a true honour. We’re thrilled to give back and express our gratitude to our loyal customers."
Black Friday Sale
M&N Mattress and Sofa Gallery’s upcoming Black Friday Sale offers incredible deals as part of their ongoing moving sale.
"As we transition all of our sofa gallery items to our main showroom, we’re offering significant discounts on floor models. We’d much rather sell them than move them!" Nagra says. "With a wide variety of sizes and styles, many items are available below cost – a perfect opportunity for bargain hunters."
The Black Friday Sale runs Thursday, Nov. 28, and Friday, Nov. 29, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For the first time in over six years, shoppers can enjoy no taxes on all mattresses, along with great deals and no taxes on select sofas, loveseats and more.
"It’s not often our sales overlap, so Black Friday is an excellent time to save big on mattresses, sofas and other items," Nagra adds.
Supporting the local community
As part of their anniversary celebration, the M&N Mattress team also made a donation to the District 69 (Oceanside) Society of Organized Services (SOS). Their $1,125 donation, raised through partial profits from the 24th Anniversary Sale, supports SOS’s vital community programs, including the SOS Caring for Community at Christmas program, which helps bring joy to families, adults, and seniors in need.
"Our local SOS team provides incredible programs and services, including their annual SOS Caring for Community at Christmas program, which ensures everyone in District 69 experiences the magic and joy of the holidays," Nagra says.
Last year, SOS supported 1,144 adults and seniors with grocery gift cards and distributed 1,107 gifts to children and youth in the community. This year, the organization aims to raise $285,000 to meet the needs of every resident who registers for the program.
Donations can be made online, while toy and gift donations are accepted at the SOS Community Services Centre in Parksville, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Participating businesses and organizations in town also feature Angel Trees for gift donations – visit the SOS website to find one near you!
