The donation was made in memory of Shannon MacKay, Rob’s wife and Quality Foods co-owner Ken Schley’s sister. The S.S. Minnow, of the 1960s TV show Gilligan’s Island fame, has been owned by Quality Foods since 2006 and is used solely for charity fundraising.
