Parksville city council meeting have unanimously voted in favour to adopt the city’s portion of the Arrowsmith Water Service Financial Plan Report and the Englishman River Water Service Financial Plan, to be included in the city’s 2022-26 financial plan.

According to the Arrowsmith Water Service Financial Plan approved on Nov. 17, 2021, at the Arrowsmith Water Service Joint Venture Management Board meeting, the City of Parksville’s shared costs for 2022 came to $212,334.
According to the Englishman River Water Service Financial Plan approved on Dec. 13, 2021 at the Englishman River Water Service Joint Venture Management Board meeting, the City of Parksville’s shared costs for 2022 came to $1,588,900.
