There are two more Thursday afternoon Coffee with Council sessions scheduled this month in Parksville before they take a break for the summer.
The final drop-in sessions of the season will be June 23 and 30 from 2 to 4 p.m. at city hall.
The casual weekly public sessions with the mayor and other members of council have been successful forums for people to meet their councillors, ask questions, discuss issues and offer suggestions.
Acting mayor Chris Burger will still be available to meet with residents by appointment over the summer.
Residents can call him directly at 250-954-4661 and council looks forward to chatting with residents again in September.
The coffee pot will be on again when Coffee with Council starts up again September 8. The first evening session will be Monday, September 12 from 6 to 8 p.m.
