FBI up for sale with $1.6M price tag

Iconic Fanny Bay Inn has been repaired, updated

Here’s your once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own the legendary destination pub, Fanny Bay Inn. The 81-year-old landmark is for sale for $1.6 million.

Affectionately known by locals as the FBI, the historic pub has been the neighbourhood meeting place for decades. Built in 1938, the FBI is famous for its warmth, character, music, great food and drinks and local oysters.

Over the last two years, the current owner has repaired and updated all aspects of the pub. The main floor is licensed for 80 patrons. The bright, spacious outside garden overlooking Baynes Sound is licensed for an additional 20 customers. The FBI has an exceptional staff looking forward to working with the new owners.
