• Thursday was the last print edition of The NEWS before the federal election on Monday. We expanded our letters to the editor section of the paper to four pages Thursday in an attempt to publish as many as possible (and we put all of those published letters on this website). We have many more letters than we have space. We have tried to publish them in the order we received them. We offer our thanks to all who took the time to write.
