FEDERAL ELECTION: Bookmark www.pqbnews.com for up-to-date results and reaction on Monday night

The NEWS team will bring you comments from candidates and the results for Courtenay-Alberni

EDITOR’S NOTE:

The timing of Election Day has proven challenging for us at The NEWS, but we will still be able to provide the region’s most comprehensive and up-to-the-minute coverage on election night. Bookmark www.pqbnews.com on your phone, laptop, computer or tablet and visit it frequently on Monday night for results and reaction.

• Thursday was the last print edition of The NEWS before the federal election on Monday. We expanded our letters to the editor section of the paper to four pages Thursday in an attempt to publish as many as possible (and we put all of those published letters on this website). We have many more letters than we have space. We have tried to publish them in the order we received them. We offer our thanks to all who took the time to write.
