More than 200 people attended the grand opening of the Oceanside Health Centre Thursday morning in Parksville.
Health Minister Terry Lake, in his first official duty in his new portfolio, and other dignitaries spoke and cut the ribbon before the doors were opened and people toured the $17 million facility, which opens to the public on Monday.
