A man reported missing earlier this month has been found dead.
According to an RCMP press release Monday, Scot Labelle, who was 43, was found dead in a wooded area north of Nanaimo on Saturday.
On Feb. 19, RCMP asked for the public’s help to try to find Labelle, who hadn’t been seen nor heard from since Jan. 4.
Police say foul play is not suspected and so they will not be investigating further. The investigation has been turned over to the B.C. Coroners Service.
