Oceanside RCMP are looking to reunite a found camera with its rightful owner.
A Canon EOS R6 camera was turned into the Oceanside RCMP Detachment on Dec. 17 after being found at a local business in downtown Qualicum Beach, according to an RCMP news release.
Police released a photograph of a man taken from the camera in the hopes that they are the owner of the lost camera or that someone recognizes the man and can help return the camera to the owner.

We are hopeful that this photo will help in returning the camera to its owner,
said Sgt. Shane Worth. It is an expensive camera containing what appear to be many memorable photographs.
