Parksville city council will hold a budget deliberation meeting to discuss amendments to the 2021-25 municipal budget and financial plan on Monday, Nov. 29, starting at 1 pm.
The open budget deliberation meeting can be viewed online through webstreaming from the city’s website (www.parksville.ca), and will be archived for future reference. For information, the city’s budget and financial plans are also available on the city’s website.
At the presentation on Nov. 29, staff will outline detailed changes to the amended budget.

The city’s budget process for the next five-year financial plan for 2022-26 will begin early 2022, where the public will be notified of the meeting schedule as soon as available.
Public input is an important part of the financial planning process, and comments can be submitted in-person at the meeting or by email to council@parksville.ca and will form part of the public record.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and aligned with public health orders, public in-person attendance will be limited to 40 persons.
