The City of Parksville is awarding their 2011 asphalt services contract to Haylock Bros. Paving Ltd. for up to $286,300.
The contract covers miscellaneous asphalt needs for repairs and resurfacing work not included in other specific road work projects.
City staff estimated the services at $302,000 and received two bids, one for $360,000 and the winning bid from Parksville’s Haylock.
