Police are seeking help from the public in their investigation into who was responsible for a break and enter at a Qualicum Beach automotive business Monday.
Oceanside RCMP Sergeant Darrell Robertson reported thieves struck at approximately 1:50 a.m. on June 27 at Chuck’s Automotive on Fourth Avenue.
He said the unidentified culprits smashed the main glass door of the business in order to gain access. Once inside, they scooped up a computer hard drive before fleeing the scene.
Police are investigating the theft and are asking that anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the vicinity to call them at 250-248-6111.
